Fairfoot Attorneys is a Durban based property law firm specialising in conveyancing transactions.

Started by Matthew Fairfoot, a qualified Conveyancer and Insolvency specialist, with many years of experience designing software for the legal profession.

Matthew obtained a B.Soc.Sci Degree and Post-Graduate Diploma from University of Cape Town, Honours and LL.B. Degrees from the University of KwaZulu Natal and LL.M. from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is an admitted Conveyancer and non-practising member of the Association of Insolvency Practitioners of South Africa.

Matthew articled at Bowman Gilfillan before qualifying as a Conveyancer and Insolvency Specialist and has worked for many years designing conveyancing software for the Conveyancing profession and Banks.

We have experienced partners on board who have been in the property field for many years and have a wide angle of experience and expertise in this area.

Our clients are based predominantly in Durban but extend up and down the North and South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal.

We have close relationships with professional consulting engineers, architects, land surveyors, township and regional planners.
